With the new legislation regarding recycling of garden waste and targets to be met on the amount of biodegradable matter that can enter landfill affecting all Councils, you can not put your garden waste in the wheelie bin anymore.

If you are unable to compost the matter yourself at home then it must be either collected by the schemes that are being set up by Councils across the UK, or you must take it to the Council recycling units where it is collected and more often than not made into compost.

The bin bag loader is very simple to use, place inside a large bin liner and it will recoil to fill the bag and hold it open, you know you only have two hands and so, the loader holds the bag while you fill it, with grass clippings, leaves, even twigs can be loaded with less chance of splitting the bag because the twigs come in to contact with the loader first.

The loaders can last for over a year if they do not have heavy use, so once you have one you won't need to buy another one for some time.
